Cancellation Policy 

1. In the event of an unexpected class cancellation (i.e. due to weather, unplanned school event conflicts, etc), every attempt will be made to make up that class first. If that is not possible then refunds for the cancelled class will be provided.
2. Refunds of 100% will be provided prior to the start of the first class. Refunds after the first or second class will be pro-rated. There will be no refunds provided after the second class, unless due to a medical reason and supported by a doctor's note.
