Recreational     Monday: 5:30 - 8:30pm or Wednesday: 6:00 - 8:30pm

Learn fundamental skills in a fun, safe environment Weekly classes are 30 minutes to 1.5 hours per week depending on age Classes are structured by age and abilities Participants range from 3 years to +16 years old

Pre-Competitive & Competitive    Wednesday 5:30 - 8:30, Thursday 5:30 - 8:30, Friday 6:00 - 9:00

Master complex skills in advanced rhythmic gymnastics Perform group and individual routines at community, interclub, provincial events Practice 3 – 9 hours per week depending on performance level and age Athletes range in age from 7 to +18 years old

Special Olympics     Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 or Thursday 7:00 - 8:30

Focus is on strength, balance and movement in an encouraging environment Female athletes learn rountines with the hoop, ball, ribbon, and rope Male athletes learn free routines and rountines with the rope and stick
